Kay Francis, M.A. is the president of Steps Beyond Enterprises, Inc., a management consulting firm offering web-based and on-site training programs, human resources outsourcing, executive coaching, and consulting services to business, government, and industry in the specialized area of Managing Change in the workplace environment.

She has authored numerous articles pertaining to business and human relationships in the nineties. She is the author of "GETTING TO KNOW YOU"...The Intimate Connection", a publication based on her "GEM®" model. Kay Francis maintains, "Our society continues to focus on rehabilitation rather than prevention. Sexual harassment, hostile workplaces and discrimination are only symptoms of a far greater and more complex problem, and treating it as the problem will not make it go away. We need to learn how to ‘connect’ with ourselves and others in a more respectful and effective way".
